Part 1. Export Contacts from iCloud to Google Contacts

Step 1: Head to the iCloud website and log in with your ID and password.

Step 2: From the display screen, choose Contacts options to see the list.

Step 3: Select the first contact in the list, hold the shift key and once again choose the last contact in the list. The process will select all the entities of the contacts available.

Step 4: Now, press the gear symbol that appears at the left corner at the bottom of the screen, and choose Export vCard.

Step 5: A new window opens asking you to choose the location to save the file. Pick an existing folder or create one to save the file.

Step 6: Sign into Google Contacts and log in with credentials.

Step 7: Click the More button that is visible, and choose Import feature.

Step 8: A dialog box pops up mentioning the details. From the same window, click Choose File button, and navigate to the saved vCard file earlier. Hit the Import key and wait for the process to complete.


Part 2. Export Contacts from iCloud to Outlook

Step 1: Log in to your iCloud account. Choose Contacts, and select the entire list. Press the gear symbol to and select Export vCard option and save them to the computer.

Step 2: Open the MS Outlook program and click the three dots appearing on the left panel.

Step 3: From the appearing list choose “Folders” as the option. It will open the new screen where you will find Contacts to the left side.

Step 4: Click File>Open & Export>Import/Export.

Step 5: In the new screen choose “Import from another program of file” and press Next.

Step 6: Opt for Comma Separated Values in next screen and click Next.

Step 7: Choose “Contacts (this computer only)” option and mark the CSV file to load it successfully to Outlook.
